We offer classes for every level, and each class is capped at 20 people so everyone can get the individual attention they need. All classes are first-come, first-served, so please show up 10-15 minutes early. If a class gets full, our trainers are happy to give personalized pointers.


Group Training- Power and Pylo with Celia

7pm – 8pm

By combining battle ropes, pulleys, and rope climbing, this beginner level class will help you grow muscle, build endurance, and put your metabolism to work.

Group Training- Upper Body with Andrew

7pm – 8pm

Here we incorporate cardio intervals between rope exercises to help you build leaner muscles. This class is for those who have taken at least four sessions of Pull Your Weight I.

Group Training- HIIT with Derek

7pm – 8pm

Here we combine free weights, functional movements and high intensity intervals, in a circuit style setting, to set that stubborn body fat on FIRE!

Group Training- Leg Day with Monique

7pm – 8pm

Who doesn't love leg day?! This workout incorporates different modes of working out to facilitate the optimal leg routine. Revolving around lighter weight and high rep schemes, you will surely be feeling the burn!


Group Training- Functional Training with Liz

5pm – 6pm

This is our favorite weekday activity. More than a class, our high energy club pump is designed to be fun! It’s like being back at club without the drama.
